Ok this is a small app that will change your MS Windows Desktop wallpaper at set intervals.
It is a .NET app so you'll need the .NET framework from MS, if you don't already have it.
Its free so do a google search for it and it should be installed in no time. Or run windows update and it should be listed.
For setup:
Extract setup files from the zip file. Then double click on the Setup file.
Once running it will appear in the system tray area, usually accross from the "Start" button.
Click on the icon and the main screen will appear.
Use the "Browse" button to tell it a folder where the images are that you want it to use.
Or use the "Playlist" button to select/Create a list of photos from various locations on your PC.
It uses "JPG" files for the wallpapers.
Using the slider bar you can set the time interval the background will change at.
